As per the new regulation, you can apply for VISA in any consulate in INDIA. This removes the ambiguity of choosing/justify the choice of a different consulate other than the one in your consular district. Refer to the link below. Hope this helps!!!

Hi,
I would like to know that can I apply for EAD extension for me and my wife since my I-140 application was denined last year. We have already appeal for decision on I-140 application to AAO office. I am intend to get my wife's EAD extended by year end.

Unless the animation is created in another application such as illustrator, the files size for anything created within Swift such as text, squares, etc. take up a lot of space. But when I do use 3D in Flash (I don't use 3D all that much), I use Swift 3d.
When I publish the Swift 3D SWF file and import it into Flash, I often delete a keyframe from the animation every 2 or 3 frames. Each keyframe in a Swift animation is about 3-8KB each. For a fairly large 3d Shape that is being rotated, the file size could balloon even more. Anyway, deleting a few random frames does not degrade too much from the animation.
To help reduce the file size, I also select each frame of the Swift animation in Flash, and press the Smooth or Straighten buttons. That helps remove some of the extraneous artifacts that might degrade the look of the animation as well as take up a lot of space. I also Optimize the animation by removing extra curves, etc. by going to Modify | Optimize. Optimize is similar to using the Smooth and Straighten icons at times!

Yes. I did contacted both Kerry and Brown's office last month (July end) for my EAD renewal application.
Both office staff were very receptive. Brown office has more than one person working on immigration matter....and I believe they were first to act on my case. I got EAD approval 4 days later.

Received my REF last month then i sent my reply and they received it. Now everytime i checked the online status the Update Date in the online account is changing everyday for last couple of days. What does it mean? Is it a positive sign or not? kinda worried about the whole situation. Please let me know what you guys think or anyone get this kind of update or not?
Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.
On month xx, xxxx, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. You are good till the end of your original H1 regardless of the outcome of the extension... the catch is, you have to maintain H1 status.. meaning get paid, no benching etc.,

What is the reason behind you saying 'case may be audited' for the OP. Just curious to check your side of thoughts.
Per lawyer, almost all EB2 cases are being audited (due to the harsh economic climate). DOL believes that if a job falls under Job Zone 5, then it requires enough preparation to justify a EB2 filing. If it falls under Job Zone 4, it's not "normal" and DOL would usually require a Business necessity letter.
